Forthcoming Workshops Glass From The Past at Barleylands
Places are now available for the following workshops in traditional and contemporary stained and fused glass techniques. Taster days are run from the studio at Barleylands from 10.00-5.00 pm with a break for lunch.Participants need to attend a beginners glass cutting before undertaking traditional leading, copper foiling or fusing taster classes, or must have previous experience of cutting glass. Beginners glass cutting are half day classes. The exceptions to this are the Mosaic classes and the Terrarium Classes which participants may join directly. Please email for availability. Places are confirmed on receipt of payment in full.
Students will be provided with all materials and tools and in most cases will be able to walk away with a finished product. Please wear closed toe shoes when attending workshops. Glass From The Past workshops are fun but also offer the opportunity to learn new skills at the participants own pace. Regular classes are £10.00 per 2 and a half hour session and participants would normally have attended a one day taster or have previous experience. Regular classes are booked in ten week blocks. To sign up for our newsletter which details classes and workshops please fill in the form on the newsletter page.
